We are pleased to announce that the SECC-Best of SCCM 2021 Taipei will be held in Taipei, Taiwan on December 18-19, 2021. The theme of this conference is “Discover Smart Emergency & Critical Care in Era of COVID-19”, and the hybrid online and physical conference will provide numerous high-profile and internationally renowned sessions, plenary lectures, round-table discussion, poster presentation, replay selected SCCM congress lecture with panel discussion, meet the experts events, master class, and workshops.
The SECC-Best of SCCM 2021 Taipei is hosted by Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM), Taiwan Society of Critical Care Medicine (TSCCM), and Taiwan Society of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine (TSECCM). It will present the most up-to-dated scientific evidence through our comprehensive scientific program which will cover a wide range of topics, include COVID-19 update course, data science, machine learning, resuscitation, smart ICU care, sepsis guideline update, acute kidney injury, blood purification, hemodynamic, palliative care, quality management, nutrition, cardiac, and neuro critical care.
We are here to extend our sincerest welcome to all friends and colleagues around the world in the field to join us. Since the outbreak of COVID-19 is still going on around the world, at this stage we will only open the online registration to the international participants. We will open the physical registration to participants from specific area or countries according to the quarantine policy of government CDC regulation. Please follow up the updated information of the list of the areas and countries without requirement of quarantine to enter Taiwan in this official website.

Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to invite you to attend the inaugural Best of SCCM Congress in Taipei. This two-day conference will be held December 18 to 19, 2021, at the CHANG YUNG-FA FOUNDATION International Convention Center in Taipei, Taiwan, and will feature the top sessions and most relevant topics for the region selected from the Society of Critical Care Medicine’s (SCCM) 50th Critical Care Congress.
SCCM aims to provide healthcare professionals worldwide with the same high-quality education offered at SCCM’s Congress. The Best of SCCM Congress in Taipei removes international travel barriers, allowing healthcare professionals to access world-renowned expert critical care speakers, the latest critical care research, and cutting-edge topics and resources.
The course will cover comprehensive content of the plenaries, year-in-review sessions, and selected adult and pediatric lectures from SCCM’s Congress.
We are excited to collaborate with the Taiwan Society of Critical Care Medicine (TSCCM) and the Taiwan Society of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine (TSECCM) to offer the first-ever Best of SCCM Congress in Taipei.
